Ingredients:

-1 lb. fresh or frozen peas

-1 cup vegetable broth

-1/2 onion, chopped

-1 clove garlic, minced

-2 tbsp. butter

-1/4 cup flour grinning>Instructions:

  1) In a large pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil. Add the fresh or frozen peas and cook for about 5 minutes, or until tender.          2) In a separate pan, sauté the onion and garlic in butter until softened. Stir in the flour and continue cooking for another minute. Add this mixture to the pot with the peas and stir well to combine.          3) Reduce heat to low and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve hot with some fresh crusty bread on the side. Enjoy!

Remove from heat; stir in the cream cheese spread cubes and Greek yogurt or sour cream. Heat through but do not boil. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Makes 8 servings.
